Making an Order

If at all unsure as to what you are buying please contact us to discuss. This may be particularly beneficial when ordering a kiln or wheel.
We accept payment by debit/credit card over the telephone and support Visa, Mastercard, Connect, Switch and Delta. Other forms of payment include BACS, cash or cheque.
Delivery
Delivery is charged AT COST both for postal delivery and courier.
We ae keen re-cyclers and only charge for packaging if we have to buy something specifically for you. We recycle all our packaging.
We supply to customers within the UK and overseas.
Collection
We have an established number of local collection points. Please call to see
if there is one in your area.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.
PAYMENT
Account holders to pay their accounts within 30 days nett of invoice date. Interest will be charged on late and non-payments.
2.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. VAT is to be added to all prices in the price list.
3.
DELIVERED GOODS
Off-loading
and moving into position is the responsibility of the customer unless special
arrangements have been made. Every
effort will be made to adhere to stated delivery times but we shall be under
no liability for any loss or damage of whatever nature caused by delay.
4.
NON-DELIVERY/PARTIAL LOSS/DAMAGE
If
possible goods should be examined in the presence of the delivery person and
if any package appears to be damaged, the delivery note should be endorsed
accordingly. In the event, customers must give notice in writing to the
carrier and ourselves within 3 days of receipt of goods.
5.
DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATION
All
descriptions, specifications etc are given for guidance only and no warranty
or guarantee of any kind is to be implied nor is such information form part of
any contract.
We
reserve the right to change specification or delete any items from our
catalogue without prior notice.
6.
TESTING
The
buyer should test all goods before using them.
7.
LIABILITY
We
accept no liability for death, injury or damage of any kind whether to person
or property arising out or in connection with any material, goods or services
supplied by us.
8.
OWNERSHIP
The
ownership of goods bought shall not pass to the Purchaser until the Purchaser
has paid Hesketh Potters Supplies the total purchase price, including VAT in
respect of said goods.
